Great new way to get what I want & need!
I have awful migraines, and they have become cluster migraines that last longer than I want. JET allows me to shop, while my son gets local food.
Jet has a great variety, even Gluten Free items, this is fantastic because I am Celiac.
Not able to eat wheat. So I can find some of the hard things that aren't in local stores. This makes me happy, and very excited! My adult children have stayed with me, so I fix birthday cakes or special treats for them. These treats I'm able to enjoy too because Jet has given me a way to find those special GF ingredients to make up the treat.
No one is perfect, and when I have had any problems, they have made efforts to correct or even replace the item! They have been real considerate about items being purchased, or replaced. Example: this order arrived, smelling like laundry detergent. When opened, I found the whole bottle of detergent had been broken, early in its travel to me. The one corner of the box had been soaked, two of the peach snack size boxes had broke open, and the plastic could not keep the detergent smell out of those little plastic cups. They replaced all of the items I thought were affected. And I got the replacements the next day! I really appreciate that kind of service.

The last three orders I received had at least one product damaged. Not sure if it was in transit or at the packing facility. Overall I am pleased with everything except the damaged items. Thank you!

I have downgraded my original 4 stars to 2 stars. I ordered from Jet, my order was to arrive on Saturday August 25th. It did not show up. I left a review for the shipping experience. I was immediately contacted about either getting a full refund or having the items ordered replaced. I requested they be replaced. My first order that did not show up, showed up on Tuesday. The box was banged up really bad and half of the items were damaged. The replacement order showed up Wednesday and they were not damaged or banged up. I don’t understand why the first box was enormous for what I ordered, it was not a lot. That box got thrown around and the poor packing is to blame as well for the items being damaged. Fed Ex delivered the first order late and clearly did not handle that box with care. UPS delivered the replacement order and the box was fine, not banged up. Because this is the third time I have received damaged items I am no longer shopping with Jet. I don’t know how many packing facilities there are for Jet, but I do know someone is dropping the ball and not doing a very good job of packing the items people order.
