I've used multiple apps and even though this one has the best quality of the gifs it doesn't do justice like another app I use to make gifs like cropping the image to get a specific part of the video. I downloaded this to see if it would have those capabilities but it's just not worth the money. And it costs exactly the same as the imgplay app. That has a lot more capabilities in it for the same price. But imgplay is also free and will still crop the image etc.

Went through multiple apps but this one was the only one that gave me exactly what I wanted. Allows you to share your creativity on anything! Highly recommend.
