Needs some serious improvements to be of any use
Such a great concept, and adding photos from my phone is a snap. HOWEVER, it seems really useless to be able to remotely control things like when the frame turns off and what the screen brightness is (plus other random controls that I have no need for if I'm not sitting in front of the frame - and if I'm in front of the frame, why wouldn't I just use the controls on the frame???) I can do all those random things with the app, BUT I CAN'T control or even view, the photos in my playlists from my phone? For that reason it's easier to copy photos off my phone to my pc and upload from there, and avoid the app altogether.
Horrible app for expensive products
This app is horrible. I can't view my playlists. When I setup the app to automatically add photos sent by Friends to a playlists the settings aren't actually saved although it looks correct in the app. You have to log in online from a desktop which makes this app useless. It works to send photos to friends but other than that this app needs a lot of work. Very unimpressed with this app and company. I'm using this with a new Iris frame.
I sent these comments to their support group and it took them 20 days to get back to me. They just replied that these features are not in the app and would be sent to their development team. So add poor and slow support to my comments above.
Great concept. Cant wait until the glitches are fixed.
This product is great but the marketing is deceiving. It is not easy to share photos through this product or app. Only one person can pair to each frame, and those who want to send photos to that frame have to go through a very glitchy and unreliable "send to friend" process. The mobile and web apps say you can send 10 photos at a time, but the most we've been able to send at once is 2 photos, and even that takes a few attempts. I'm holding out for the apps and service to improve, but for now the entire system is extremely faulty.
