Honestly feel ripped off...
I've been playing time management games since I was playing them on a pink Razr...so I've definitely played this game in its earlier stages. I love this game and think it's great that I can finally get a TM game with so many levels...but it's seriously way too difficult and annoying to do anything, and I'm already getting annoyed by the fact that I've spent more money on it than ANY other app game I've EVER had. I was getting so frustrated that I couldn't get enough gold or advance so I finally gave in and spent $20 on coins and gold to update my stuff in hopes of earning more revenue...and that didn't really happen, still didn't find it much better. So then I gave in and spent another $10 to buy the "auto chef" and realized it was only good for one place in the whole game?? Almost 10 dollars for that ($10=125 gold, paid 100 gold for it)...that's just ridiculous. Can the developers of this app please please stop being so greedy by trying to make us pay for literally EVERYTHING in this game and make it a little easier to play? I like all the extra features but I think they kinda went overboard with this game. At this point I'm wondering if there's a way I can get my money back.
Used to be great, but too greedy and does not credit gold for watched ads
So my original review from about 2 years ago included some harsh criticism to all the critics at that time that posted negative reviews. Unfortunately for myself, the game has evolved to the point that my 5 star review has reduced to 3 stars.
Gold has become a much more needed currency to advance. The price for gold via IAP is ridiculously unreasonable. Which is a shame because I would purchase gold if it were not so overpriced. So for players who feel the same as I do, we resort to watching ads to earn extra gold when possible. The problem with this is you do not always receive the gold you are entitled to after watching an ad. This is happening on a much more frequent basis.
Just don't know about this game anymore. There are a lot of new restaurants I would love to try out but the price tag is monumentally unappealing and unreasonable. And with gold not being credited, it makes watching ads unappealing and in turn makes the game, which is truly a fun game, just a huge disappointment.
Tired of their glitches and greediness
So I really enjoy playing this game but it's soooo difficult to pass certain levels or gain access to new levels because you can't accrue enough gold to purchase anything. They have increased the amount of money you get so I now have a stock pile of coins but not enough gold! On top of that, recently I have been having a glitch in the game where after the first round (usually using my VIP to hopefully pass a level), it closes out of the level I was playing and goes back to the games home screen as if I wasn't just playing it. So not only do I lose out on the item I just waited so many hours for or spent money on, I also lose out on a life that takes 15 minutes to recharge. To top it all off, when I complained about the glitch, they gave me a measly ten groceries (one life) to compensate for ALL my losses! Seriously? Learn better customer service, fix your game glitches and give your players a little more bang for their buck!
