GREAT for news people are talking about
I love the many-sourced headline focus of this app. Straight-forward, what's going on, up to date — with no trash filler. Like another reviewer said — it has everything the BuzzFeed app has — without the "fun stuff!" Exactly. Just what I was looking for. I have not experienced the bias other negative reviewers have mentioned. AND, although there has been only one breaking news notification in the week I have been using the app, it was the first to break the story. Kudos.
UPDATE: Subtracted a star because of the battery drain this app exerts while running in the background. Lost 20% overnight and went looking for the culprit. This was it. Turned off background refresh, so we'll see what happens..
Love it, but…
This is a phenomenal news app! I love that it conveniently provides you the latest news based on your interests and gives you a rundown so you can understand the gist of what's going on. The only thing I have to complain about is that it keeps growing in size. If there was a way to clear the cache and stories that are locally downloaded that would be wonderful! Then I can conserve my storage. Other than that, a wonderful app!

I never write reviews, so this app must be pretty special! I am really big into sports and realized I never pay attention to what's going on in the world around me. So I got this app and I love everything about it! It keeps me updated all around the world and updates previous news to current changes. I feel like I am more "in the loop" with global and national news now and I love it! Definitely worth it.
