Inspiring and action oriented! Easy to use.
Kick provides a daily action to encourage you to go outside of your comfort zone, stretch/grow new muscles and reflect. I enjoy the intentional effort and community aspects of the app, which allows me to chat to other people who are in a similar boat. At first, I found a lot of the Kicks intimidating, but over time, I developed more confidence in doing things that I never would do otherwise. Even if I am unable to complete the daily Kick, just reading the Kick and seeing what the other Sidekicks are doing is inspiring and uplifting. This is different from other mindfulness apps because there is actually an action that comes around daily and accountability to the community.
Got me out of my comfort zone
I was initially skeptical but I tried out Kick based on a strong recommendation from a friend and it was surprisingly useful! The daily "kicks" created enough social pressure for me to try new things outside of my comfort zone and I like how I can chat in real-time with someone in the app for support. It's worth a try.
Easy to get started, lots of good exercise ideas
I'm definitely an introvert, and the app shows you a different exercise that builds confidence and gets you out of my comforts zone each day. You can even chat with everyone else doing the Kick that day. Really enjoying the app so far.
