30 min Timer?
For some reason on the new update there is a built in feature that seems to be unavoidable that pauses your monitoring with a pop up that says “you have been watching for 30 minutes, continue watching?” This isn’t Netflix - OF COURSE I want to continue watching my sleeping baby. Why would this ever need to be implemented and who thought of this? Also since I’m here, where the heck is Alexa support they promised?
After the developers response I was going to come on here and change my rating and update my review, unfortunately it has resumed the issue even after verifying that the iPad we use as a monitor only connects to the same WiFi as the camera. Plus that should be mentioned at some point during the set up.

For your information, the 30 minutes live view limit is only available when you are using a different network from the camera to watch the live view.
If you are connected to the same Wi-Fi as the camera, you could enjoy unlimited live view.

Seeing a lot of people having trouble with the app, that’s unfortunate. The app is working great as I have it constantly running live view on my phone under my monitor while I work at home. The notifications pop up and let me know when my newborn is crying when I’m not using live mode. Also love the feature of hearing what’s going on without having my phone constantly open on the app. So far working as expected will update if any problems occur.
Please fix the app already!!
Like many others, I want to love this product but the app is consistently having issues. When contacting customer service, they always blame glitches on network issues, which you can see from other reviews, is not usually the case. This brand needs to invest in someone to help with the app to make sure it consistently works. This is something that parents need to monitor their children and it is ridiculous that the company will not prioritize getting issues resolved.
