Amazing but it's still software

I am a music producer by trade so my standards might be slightly higher than someone just fussing around... I have been using this app for about a week now and it has mostly impressed me. The features and accessibility are very well done for iPad software. It may be wishful thinking, but I believe we should be to the point where we ARE capable of making professional quality programs to make professional quality music on an iPad. That said, I am experiencing some glitches here. When cutting up a sample (which is already an arduous process) the split samples that are assigned to individual pads are constantly reverting to the uncut placements (as in, they move back in the audio sample if there was any cut audio but from the beginning of the sample). This has happened to me a handful of times now after painstakingly placing cuts in 16-24 spliced samples and I'm tearing my hair out over it. I figured this was the best place to tell the developers. Are others having this problem? I'm really hoping they fix it because I was working exclusively in this app on a film score to prove that I could and I was this close to buying some of the complementary hardware.

All that aside, I'm very excited about this app and anyone curious about sampling or music making should absolutely purchase this app. It is money well spent. Looking forward to updates and more features...
