Eh
You used to be really good and really chill, but now your just copying. Like, seriously, Snapchat and Instagram where two different things, and you basically stole the whole Idea of snapchat. Second off, what's with the timeline???? I don't care about what got the most likes, I wanna see whose active and when, I'm commenting on stuff that's 6 hours old already. Let's cut the crap and maybe you'll go back to a four star app. please do not waste time on making the app look nice and pretty when you could be making time to sort out bugs and listen to people's problems to get feed back. I've been hacked so many times recently and I really think you should focus on the safety and security of others and there accounts and bugs than the pictures. Seriously. Fix. Yourself. Before. You. Focus. On. Design. It's pretty simple.
Now with this new Update, (it's July 2017) if I write out a comment and tag someone the comment gets deleted so only the tag shows, and I can't tag more than two people. Please, find a way to better yourself, go back to your roots, listen to the people that care enough to write a review. If it weren't for like 5 followers I would've deleted this app when the new updates started coming in, and I'm still considering doing it now. Thanks.
frustrated with instagram.
I got logged out of my personal/main acc. Basically, I got logged out of all of my accounts and cannot log back into any of them. When I tried logging back into one of them, a message saying "sorry, there was a problem with your request." This message showed up for all of my accounts when I tried logging back in! I tried to contact instagram, but they only sent me a form to make a new password. I signed in with my new password and it didn't work either. Signing in with my accounts on the website/browser works, but it won't work on the app. One of my accounts also got deactivated, for the reason that I "violated the community guidelines" which I know I didn't. I've tried to fill out and submit the "let us know" if it was a mistake, but no email was sent to me to reactivate my account! I basically can't use the instagram app except for the browser, but I can't do anything on the website that I usually do on the app (which is answering dms, tagging people, etc.) I have been using instagram for years now and I have never encountered such a frustrating problem like this! Please fix the bugs! I want to be able to use instagram again and retrieve my disabled account that was deactivated for no reason whatsoever.

It would be helpful if comments would remain accessible. Currently, comments and hearts ❤️ disappear after a short while. This often has prevented my response. I would like to add multiple hearts ❤️ on my Mac. Also, I have, on a few occasions had my Videos removed, questioned for content not being my own. This causes inconvenience and confusion for my followers. All videos that I post on Instagram are produced completely by myself. Overall I love using Instagram.
It would be helpful if previously posted comments could be easily accessible. I often feel like I have not seen all responses. Grouping likes and comments has not permitted my responses. I cannot then view individual likes or comments. This is very frustrating. I consider it important to respond to each comment-people are taking time to send Their thoughts. Overall, I do thoroughly enjoy the Instagram experience.
