Meeting up with friends for dinner and cocktails? Want to make sure you haven’t had too much to drink by the time you’re ready to go home? The intoxicheck™ app can help. intoxicheck™ is a new approach in iPhone applications to help you realize how buzzed you might really be. You don’t need to count your drinks, or guess at how much alcohol is in the drinks you’ve consumed. intoxicheck works by comparing results from a series of challenges that you take while sober to results you get from taking the same challenges after you’ve had a few. Many people who drink underestimate their actual impairment level. The results intoxicheck gives you may prove invaluable in helping you make better choices based on your real impairment level.

This program is intended to be used for information and education purposes only. IT IS NEVER SAFE TO DRINK AND DRIVE. It is possible to be charged with DWI/DUI even if your Blood Alcohol Concentration (B.A.C.) is below the legal limit. What's New

Version 1.02

So you think your reaction time and memory are above average? And you think your pattern recognition ability and button tapping nonpareil? You think if it wasn’t for your ability at Manikin you would be a paragon of cognitive and physical prowess. Well if you are brave enough to know the truth, this intoxicheck update gives you a Leaderboard to compare your baseline results to others who also think that they are pretty good at the intoxicheck tasks. The Leaderboard is just for sober baseline results. When it comes to testing for your buzzed level, intoxicheck uses your sober results to compare with your “I’ve been drinking” results. If you can handle the truth, this update is for you.

Ratings and Reviews

Works great

I really like this as a way to see if you are impaired, just make sure to uncheck practice to take your baselines.

A sobering reality check.

It is important to practice the challenges before taking the baseline tests so that you record your best possible performance while you are sober. You can also retake your baseline tests to see if you can improve on your results. By having your best baseline performance you will have a more accurate assessment of your impairment level.

Good app

As a police officer I think this app can give someone a good understanding of how alcohol can your motor skills and basic reaction time.
