League of Evil: Well Made
League of Evil is a very well made game, with many kinds of traps and enemies, and over 300 levels. There are only some flaws, though. One of these flaws is the creativity that went into the game. Most of the enemies are just standard enemies. None of them really caught my eye, and the story is stale, at least I think. No twists or anything into the story, or the enemies that you face. I'd personally like it if you had a short description of all the enemies, to give the game a bit of a background. Other than those flaws, the game itself is well made. The gameplay is amazing. I've never seen a better game than this one. So, the synopsis is that the game itself is well made, and some of the enemies and story are stale, with no background. In the end, I give this game 3 out of 5 stars, because effort went into the gameplay, but not the story.
This game is really good. I've played a few platformers on IOS before and this game does a really good job with alot of what it did. The controls are really sensitive and it allows you to make the tiniest movements to where nearly all of my deaths were my fault, which is good. I will say that the hit-boxes for the spinning hammers/spike is extremely inconsistent as I had been killed while not touching it, and also completely went through it. There is a very large number of levels that should keep me occupied for a while and I enjoy challenging myself with these types of games.
I found that this game was very fun and well-made. I especially loved the retro graphics and sound. Also, the 80's action movie style was quite funny. There are only a few things that keep this away from being perfect:
1. In the final section of the game, there is a weird glitch where the screen teleports to different places as you move around.
2. The difficulty level was different and didn't flow smoothly like most games do. Into the Jungle was hard and then Enter the Dragon was easy.
3. Every once and a while, clicking "next mission" made me skip a level.
