Interesting app, but contains some wrong information

This app has some potential, but there are several mistakes that I noticed right from the start, so I have since stopped using it.

In the hiragana section, it lists を as o rather than wo (even though it is usually pronounced as o, the character is typically mapped to wo to avoid confusion with お), and more importantly じ is shown as zi rather than ji...

お = o
を = wo
じ = ji
There is no character for zi

Also the hiragana section focuses heavily on digraphs, with the options consisting of variants of the same character with the やゆよ variants (such as kyu with the options: きゃ、きゅ、きょ). So rather than drilling all of the characters, you basically only end up drilling those 3 (ya, yu, & yo) over and over.

At first I liked the app, but the truth is that there are simply better resources out there for both drilling and studying Japanese.

No real mistakes. Lots of functionality.

I just wish there was an option to remove the ads at the bottom of the screen.

Fantastic :D

This is a great app and it helped me memorize the rest of the hiragana alphabet. The only thing is that if you are starting, knowing no hiragana (or katakana, or kanji) at all this app will not help very much. There are features added that could make the app better such as an option that lets you hear what the characters sound like or something that lets you practice writing characters with the correct stroke order. (Also beginner is spelled wrong but thats only a small thing and its really insignificant.)
