If you want to be superhuman, is the best training available.

Get fit. Get thin. Get rich. Get promoted. Get happy. Get productive. users have more than 10 million success stories.

Coaching ranges from simple reminders all the way to hiring one of our 800 expert coaches.

Here's exactly how works.

STEP 1: Choose your goal. helps you focus on the daily practice that goes into achieving your most important goals. If you are willing to do the work, we will help you achieve anything.

The community works on goals big and small. In 2014, Coach.meer's top goals were: exercise, drink more water, read, meditate, go to sleep by midnight, go to the gym, run, set priorities for your day, pushups, and save money.

STEP 2: Turn on coaching

There are three types of coaching can provide you: advice, motivation, and prompting. Use as much or as little coaching as you want.

* Advice comes from the community of users and coaches. Everyone is available to answer your questions, and you can hire any of 700 1-on-1 coaches.

* Motivation comes from celebrating every step of progress. The community cheers you on and the app records your biggest milestones.

* Prompting comes in the form of reminders. We're all busy— will make sure you don't forget what's important.

STEP 3: Turn momentum in to achievement

The app and community are all focused on regular progress. If you can make a little bit of progress today, we'll help you make even more tomorrow.

You should also know that the team is always available to help you. Visit our blog for interviews with our most successful coaches ( and email us if you have feedback or questions:

P.S. we should mention diet goals since they are so important to so many people. We've measured the effectiveness of the most popular diets on If you're looking for a way to lose weight, we've seen high success rates in The 4-Hour Body, Paleo, Vegetarian, Bulletproof, Whole 30, Mediterranean, and South Beach.

P.P.S. we hate to tell people what their goals should be, but we're also big fans of meditation as a way to do pushups for your brain. We've helped more than 85,000 people learn to meditate. The keys are to start with just a few minutes each day and drop the judgement: everyone's mind wanders. We have dozens of meditation teachers and a collection of guided meditation videos that can help you learn how to become a meditator.

What's New in Version 2015.3.19

This release is just a bug fix. Our app was crashing for users of iOS7.

Read on for a little bit about continuous deployment (total inside baseball).

 * * * * *

We’ve released 15 versions of in the last 12 months. That’s a pretty rapid pace — some app developers don’t release more than once or twice a year.

Developers call this style of development and releasing: continuous deployment.

The idea behind continuous deployment is that every change we make to the app during development gets released to customers as soon as we’re done. Ideally, that would mean our app is getting updated multiple times each day.

In practice, Apple forces a delay. Every release we make goes through an Apple review process. On average, Apple has taken eight days to review and approve our releases (although our last two releases both got approved within two days).

The main reason to practice continuous deployment is to give our customers as much value as possible. Each feature is an improvement (usually) and we don’t see the point of keeping those improvements from you.

The main reason not to practice continuous deployment is fear around bugs. The cost of a major bug can be very high. If our app stopped working, our users could experience more than a week of downtime while we made a fix and then waited for Apple to approve that fix.

But, we’ve mostly found this fear to be unfounded.

We’ve been practicing continuous deployment since we launched and this is the first time we’ve had to rush out a fix.

Anyway, that’s just some background on how we think about development and where bugs come from.

Also, please update your reviews. Each new release starts with an empty set of reviews. It’s just a few taps on the iPhone in order to add your old review to this release.

Customer Reviews

Can't live without this app!

This app has become a major part of my daily life while at the same time remaining a nearly invisible force in motivating and driving me to incrementally improve many areas of my actual non-digital life, leading to surprisingly big changes over time!

Love the Lift team and approach, thanks and keep up the amazing work!

This app is awesome at keeping me accountable on a couple of bad habits I've formed and a lot of the people in the same groups as me are really friendly! There is a group that's not as proactive as my other ones but it's okay it's a pretty straightforward take on things. It's really nice to know people are struggling with some of the stuff I am too.

Life changing

I've been using Lift every day for more than a year, and I must say, this is the only app that has actually significantly improved my life. I love the habit tracking, and the ease of supporting my friends and celebrating their wins. I couldn't be happier with Lift. - Accountability, Tracking and Coaching for Any Goal or Habit (Formerly Called Lift)
