What's New in Version 6.2.5

Touch ID support
For those of you who like things nice and secure (and therefore are using our passcode lock feature), you can now use your Touch ID to unlock Lose It!, making it that much faster to Lose It!.

Improved Healthkit Workout Support
We've made a few small improvements to our Apple Health workout support.

Fixed A Couple of Bugs
We rooted out a couple of crashes that could affect users when they start Lose It! (including a small hiccup on iOS9). Then we fixed them.

Changed My Life

I have been using Lose It for 1.5 years. I lost 45 pounds (225->180) and kept it off. This app changed my life.

I log everything. Default mode logging is easy. Power User logging makes it even easier. Using Recipes to combine commonly grouped items makes things faster. Scanning items works well. I weigh in every day first thing in the morning before brushing my teeth. Logging everything and getting constant feedback about how I'm doing was essential for me keeping the weight off. Focus on the weight loss as a matter of data and it takes the value judgements out of it.

"I gained weight so I must be bad at losing weight." WRONG. Without constant data and tracking to make good judgements about how many calories you eat, how many you burn, and how it affected your weight, you are trying to fly the plane BLINDFOLDED. This app gives you everything you need to control your weight. Period.

You can achieve your goals without all the gimmicks, starvation, and endless workouts that result in self-defeat. This app dramatically changed my life for the better...and it was free. For the first time in my life, I finally have control over my weight. Thank you, Lose It.

Perfect for me!

This is a great app for logging in daily meals, snacks and drinks etc and for keeping track of nutrition and your goals progress toward them. It also helps tracking activities and their impact on your daily goals in relation to what you are eating and doing. I works very well with the apple watch and in combination has helped me eat and exercise better.
