Impossibilities make this game a joke

How can the AI defeat my 100 armies with its 10? That's not even an exaggeration. Almost every time I play, there is some sort of anomaly like that. My 30 against an unoccupied country should be easy, right? Nope. All 30 lost. My 19 against 1. Of course I should lose. That makes perfect sense. I'm not going to purchase a game that is this ridiculous. Granted, I may still win, but it's not fun playing a game this out of whack. Why do black and yellow always attack me specifically? Why program 2 colors to come for me no matter what instead of having them play strategically?

I also love how the AI is guaranteed a set every 3 cards while I consistently have to wait until I get 5 cards. This game could be so much better. It's a joke though. Having the game mathematically skewed to allow me to lose in situations that it is inconceivable that I should lose in. When I constantly have to use 5-10 times the amount of armies as my opponent to have a chance at taking the country is ridiculous. This app is designed so poorly that I'm not sure how they thought it would make people want to purchase it.

Probability errors

There is seriously something up with this game since the last update. I used to win about 95% of the time, which got boring. So instead of making the AI smarter or tweak their strategies, it seems the developers just skewed the probabilities in the AI's favor. By a lot. I consistently throw 20 armies at 8 at lose or attack 25 with 75 and win but it costs me 60 armies in the process. I am fine with losing once in a while but not because the odds are stacked against me. I see the AI using the same idiotic strategy every game and I know all of their tendencies but it doesn't matter. Also the sounds need to either go away or have an option to turn them off. This could be a great app, 4 stars based on the hope they make changes. Could be 5 stars, could be 2 stars if they don't make changes.

Nice

I loved this game even before the overhaul. I was very pleasantly surprised when I recently opened the app, I thought that I may be the only person that still played this lol I'm glad to hear that other do as well. I probably don't fit the typical stereotype of a Lux player, but I really enjoy playing. It is a great way to pass the commercial breaks when your tired of fast forwarding or skipping ahead. My most favorite time is on my "second office," I can really get a lot done there. My only two complaints, the random loss of armies sometimes & I wish there was one or two twist/additional ways to play (nothing drastic, but maybe there's a chance card, you have to dig your self out of a "hole" against the computer, something). Overall I think it's a great app/game and I recommend it.
