I play this game a lot, but I wouldn't say that because a game is addictive it is good. This game does have good points, but it's faults completely overshadow anything good I could say about it. Firstly, winning in this game takes as much skill as winning at a slot machine. The matches are so heavily skewed towards whomever the game decides to give the endless cascades to and which gem colors the game happens to favor for a particular match. Things like your level and how many covers you have are not anywhere near as important as they should be. It doesn't matter if I have a maxed out 4 star team and am fighting a team 200 levels below me if the game gives them an infinite supply of gems they need and gives me nothing during my turns. This is extremely unfortunate because, secondly, it takes so long to level anyone up. There are so many different types of currency for so many different things that IAP is almost a necessity if you want to be any kind of competitive. And, thirdly, there is so much competition for everything that, unless you are willing to put in 40 hours of play a week, any prize from any contest that you would actually want will always be far out of your reach. I play this game a lot, but end up rage quitting and frustrated almost every time I play. With that in mind, my fourth complaint is that it is addictive.

Fun, challenging w/ great scaling. I'd like greater cohesion between story arc and characters played, but that's being picky. Ultron event was VERY well done, and I liked the minigame feel that other PQ versions use. More of this? Choose your own adventure mechanics to add flavor to the stories would be simple, and add a fun and individualized experience. Choose- bash the door/pick the lock and have a corresponding mini-challenge, the results of which determine the next fight. Or 'take out minion x before they call for superpowered back up.' Make it about more that just hack/slash survival. It would add stickiness if i had to balance survival with # of moves to down an enemy more intentionally. 7/17- Seriously, being able to choose your strategy will allow for a cooler game experience. Plus, mini-games. C'mon!
8/11-There needs to be more variety in game play! The teams in PvP are all the same cast of 8 characters. You're holding back! 8/13-c'mon mix it up already! 8/27- How about a real-time play function cross platforms?

agree with others that ROI is no good

It's a pretty fun game, and has kept my attention for a bit, but there are some issues I find fundamental to the enjoyment of playing. It is so hard to get covers, their should be a trading system as well as a better social interface so that I can look up my friends when we play. Not only is it difficult to get the covers, but there is limited storage, so they make you give up cards or spend a ton of money to buy slot to park a cover in hopes you will get another one to start a usable character. also, the games wants $100 worth of in-game currency to level up JUST a 2 star character, which has somewhat of a low level cap compared to the other cards. It's pretty ridiculous when you look at it like that. I'll get bored soon and move on to the next game. I like the marvel, and the characters, and the stories, and of course the covers so I'll take it for what it's worth..... just another game.
