Mouseposé is the indispensible mouse pointer highlighting tool (aka "virtual laserpointer") for everyone doing demos at tradeshows, presentations and trainings, or those individuals with huge and high resolution displays.
When activated, it dims the screen and shines a spotlight on the area around the mouse pointer, easily guiding the audiences attention to an area of interest or helping you to quickly locate the mouse pointer.
"A great program that puts other similar ones to shame. It’s not only the functionality but the elegance and good looks that make it a winner. After all, a presentation is supposed to look good, and Mouseposé if anything, will make it look even better." – Victor Mihailescu, Apple News Editor, Softpedia
"More than just eye candy" – MacZealots.com

"When I do presentations nowadays, Mouseposé is on first." – Applelinks.com
Visualizing Presenter Action
The audience will be able to follow you much better throughout your presentation if people can clearly see what you are doing. In contrast to a simple laserpointer, not only does Mouseposé highlight the mouse pointer so that the audience can follow it around your screen, it also visualizes mouse clicks by drawing a red circle (or two or three depending on the number of mouse clicks) around the mouse, enables you too choose a sound to be played when the mouse is clicked and lets you pick different colors for right and left mouse clicks. When the Mouse stays over a window for more than a configurable time, the focus automatically expands to highlight the window and your presentation moves smoothly from detail to context. Mousposé also includes keystroke visualization to show the audience what keys you press during your presentation.
Find The Mouse Pointer
With multiple huge high resolution displays connected to your computer, "find the tiny mouse pointer" has become a popular game. Mouseposé is your cheat, with the elegant start/stop animation being designed to draw your eyes toward the mouse pointer, wherever it might be hiding.

Ratings and Reviews
Excellent polished app, and works with Parallels
This is a great app for showing somebody how to do something — it makes it very easy for them to follow along. (Also, of course, great for those instances where you’re having trouble finding the cursor yourself.) I actually prefer to pop the “spotlight” up momentarily to punctuate something I’m doing, rather than running it the whole time. It works great for this, and is really easy if you have a mouse with an extra side button that you can use to activate/deactivate it. The option to show keyboard commands really is the icing on this app — functional and flexible. Overall, I can’t think of any settings that I want that aren’t already there. Just a very well thought-out product.
One thing I really like about Mouseposé is that it works beautifully with Parallels, which means I can use the spotlight and the "visual mouseclicks" even in Windows. I've been using this since version 1; and although I only use it rarely, it's extremely useful on those occasions when I do need it. Good stuff.
Best Demo Software
The low ratings based on some bozo reviews was bringing me down… so I had to write a great one! This is the best live demo app you could ask for. Heck, even Logitech thought it was a cool idea and built it into their new “Spotlight” software.
This app has been aroudn for a while and fun fact… the app of choice for Apple Store Demos! The other reviews… nit picky that don’t speak to the core audience for this app.
Very much worth the money.
No start/stop animation?
I bought this software because of this claim in the description: "With multiple huge high resolution displays connected to your computer, "find the tiny mouse pointer" has become a popular game. Mouseposé is your cheat, with the elegant start/stop animation being designed to draw your eyes toward the mouse pointer, wherever it might be hiding.” The software does *nothing* when you start or stop moving the mouse. Only when you activate the app with a Hotkey.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
