Malfunctioning with latest update
After updating the app I am no longer able to click on the buttons to pay my bill nor view my bill. I was unable to click on the drop down menu as well. The only thing that worked were the notifications at the top
App doesn’t work horrific customer service.
App doesn’t work correctly. I try to sign in and the app automatically quits and takes me back to iPhone home screen. Customer service is disgusting. They don’t follow up on billing inquires or take time to understand what the issue is. They’re more concerned with upgrading you and asking what cable provider you have to get a sale.
