Please fix usage bars.

This is a very good app. The only issue I have with it relates to the data usage display. The display consists of two parallel bars: one shows the amount of days to date in the current billing period, the other shows amount of data used. This would provide a good way of checking your status at a glance, however, the bars are not the same length, so it's easy to be fooled. At best this is an app designer oversight, at worst it's a deliberate attempt to lull the user into complacency, thus making it easier for AT&T to force the user to pay for additional data at $15/Gb. I'm not judging, just hoping AT&T will do the right thing........

bad experience i encountered

the AT&T store in Lake Havasu, Az charged us wd restocking fee even the unit still sealed, it was after couple of hours, the sales lady named Ashley told us to get Next Plan because there is no more two years contract so we took it but i decided to dial 611 and AT&T customer service told me that there is still available 2 year contract online also corporate store so we returned the unopened unit still sealed but they are charging restocking fee evev still sealed, because they gave us with wrong plan information. They insisted for us to pay restocking or we will not be able to leave the store so we paid and now after that i cancelled that phone line and i still have two more left and i am planning to close it also. that is for your infoation after 12 years customer wd never late payment.


Just plain horrible and AT & T should be embarrassed but they aren't. They've locked many of us into contracts, provide us with atrocious telephone customer service to discourage us from repeated call-backs, then blame outages on "outdated equipment".... Seriously? Verizon, Sprint and AT & T all had outages during the first week of August and it was due to "outdated equipment"? So, what's the excuse for unreliable applications? Let's guess, the old outdated equipped MS-Dos pc's running Windows 1, printing everything thing on that dusky dot matrix printer in the corner over there....

I better your new fangled, hum-dinger of a computer is that eggshell white too...and a 20lb monitor.

Please, wake up to 2015 and please fix this. Clearly we care enough to type up a complaint.... And if we're stuck in a contract, we aren't going anywhere.... 😖
