Works fine but could be much better.

I love AT&T, I do but like I love AT&T's relentless customer service and awesome coverage I want an app that can be just as great. The app used to show each line's data usage in the pie chart and now does not for me but I know it does still show for many others- please fix that. Logging in is such a hassle, it just loads and loads and sometimes says unfortunately cannot log in due to something and please try again later. To get around this I close the app completely and reboot my phone then it works but that is such a hassle just to be able to access the app that should work. Those two are my biggest complaints. Otherwise, I like the seamless ability to link UVerse with wireless and I also love how simple it is to set up and link Plenti with my app. Please fix the data pie chart and the log in wait time.

Please fix usage bars.

This is a very good app. The only issue I have with it relates to the data usage display. The display consists of two parallel bars: one shows the amount of days to date in the current billing period, the other shows amount of data used. This would provide a good way of checking your status at a glance, however, the bars are not the same length, so it's easy to be fooled. At best this is an app designer oversight, at worst it's a deliberate attempt to lull the user into complacency, thus making it easier for AT&T to force the user to pay for additional data at $15/Gb. I'm not judging, just hoping AT&T will do the right thing........

bad experience i encountered

the AT&T store in Lake Havasu, Az charged us wd restocking fee even the unit still sealed, it was after couple of hours, the sales lady named Ashley told us to get Next Plan because there is no more two years contract so we took it but i decided to dial 611 and AT&T customer service told me that there is still available 2 year contract online also corporate store so we returned the unopened unit still sealed but they are charging restocking fee evev still sealed, because they gave us with wrong plan information. They insisted for us to pay restocking or we will not be able to leave the store so we paid and now after that i cancelled that phone line and i still have two more left and i am planning to close it also. that is for your infoation after 12 years customer wd never late payment.
