It's about time
AT&T, after a very long time, has finally improved this app. The performance is now quite fast and navigation of the app is less convoluted. No more massive load times or timeout issues! I'm really happy with the most recent update. If you are someone who likes keeping track of usages and paying bills online, this is the app for you! Very handy!
Ads in Alert Tab - Stop this
I like the app, it's much better than signing on the website to check usage.
I do have issues sometimes with it loading the account, but not always.
My biggest issue is recent trend...the ALERT box which is used to warn you when you get close to your limits or other useful info now has a constant (unable to delete) message trying to sell me a tablet. Some ignore it the alert box, thus making the alert box useless.
Wish it had more functionality
This app works fine for me. I wish it had a little more functionality within the app, it redirects you to the website for many tasks which makes fonts tiny on the phone and takes up extra time, but it gets basic jobs done like paying bills and upgrading services.
