Can't schedule service
After inputting all my data and trying to schedule an oil change at my dealer through the app, I was unsuccessful. Usually the dealer will email me right away to confirm my appointment. A couple of days went by so I thought I'd call the dealer to confirm. Yep, no such records of any appointment. The dealer said its best to call and not use the app. The convenience of scheduling service through the app is nonexistent. I guess I'll be calling the dealer and waiting on hold the next time.
So far so good
2016 SRX on a 6 plus. Haven't tried to make a appointment for your service yet but everything else works fine with no crashes and seems to work as advertised.
Also when linked to Onstar it's been flawless😊
Crashes on 6S Plus
Just upgraded my phone from a 6 Plus to a 6S Plus and the app no longer works. It worked somewhat well on my 6 Plus, albeit not great by any means, but now it no longer loads on the new phone. I'm guessing the same people that made this app were the ones behind the terrible CUE system in my car.
