We recently tried to schedule service using the App
The earliest date/time it would accept was 9pm
We accepted that knowing they were closed
We received an automated email stating service would call us
We waited Appx 1 week
It accepted the date/time we wanted
We received an automated

We called mid day the day after 2nd scheduling attempt

We had to accept a later date/time

App wasn't responsive, would constantly crash iPhone 6s. Deleted and reinstalled, now everything is working fine.
When I first downloaded this app it worked perfectly. Now when I click the app it flashes up and crashes within seconds. This has been going on for about two months with still no update to fix this glitch!
