So far, I have not had any problems!! Had the app for one month now and counting and it works great for me. I logged in once and haven't had any problems. I get the regular requested texts telling me my balance is low and I can click on the app and look to see how much money I have left in seconds. The only thing I dislike so far is that there is NOT an automatic payment set up directly from the app where I can save my card info or just pay from my card in general instead of calling and spending 10min going through the automated phone service. Otherwise, I think the app is pretty convenient.
Difficult to use
This would be a great system if glitches were fixed. Password reset is terrible. Way to many numbers to enter and when doubled checked for correctness would not except for me to reset. As of now still locked out. I am going to call Coosa valley electric and report poor service
