Doesn’t accurately tel you place in line

I check in when I arrive at school and tells me some place in line, it’s never true. It has been stuck on 5th in line and according to the school’s queue I’m most definitely not 5th in line. Last time I was here it said I was next and I wasn’t. Not accurate in line queueing but at least it checks you in.

Came to the registrar office, thinking of giving this app one more chance since it’s advertised in the waiting area. My school, Florida International University doesn’t even show up! I allowed the location service and notification and still does not work!

This app is amazing because instead of waiting in line just to check in, you can check in on the app and immediately be put on the waiting list. It will even tell you what your place in line is. The only thing I don't like is that that number never changes. If I am 12th in line, that number won't change so it doesn't actually tell you when your up.

The worst UI ever!

Great ideas but...
The user experience is so bad, too many clicks every new search you need to retype all details, I have an appointment wanted to get the address...impossible...I have no idea where to go.

Mediocre at best.
