Announcing the launch of biometric identification and full secret word entry on the PatientView mobile app. On latest Apple devices, you can unlock your phone and some secure apps using various types of inbuilt sensors e.g. TouchID and FaceID. Or you can use your device passcode instead.
If any of the above are enabled on your device, it will automatically become the main entry point into the PatientView app after you have successfully logged in with your existing PatientView credentials.
For devices without biometric or passcode access, please use your existing login details, but you will now be asked to enter your FULL secret word instead of selected secret letters.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
