From one of our users:
"I own a pet resort and thought this would be a great app to add to my iPhone. Never did I think I would use it and save the life of my own dog. My dog was acting strange after a day of relaxing and I refered to this app for help within minets I had figured out what was wrong and rushed him to the Emergency animal hospital. Surgery was required and saved my dogs life. The doctor told me if I had waited till the next morning, he would not have survived. This is the best money I ever spent on a app."

INCOMPLETE INFORMATION and NO Customer Service
I bought this app because of a neighbor's dog who suffers from seizures and faints due to sudden oxygen loss.
This app does not cover EITHER of these pet health emergencies. This leads me to question what other pertinent emergency information is missing from this app
THERE IS NO SEARCH FIELD. So if you're in a hurry (and what pet emergency doesn't require quick thinking?) there is no way to quickly find a subject. You had better be really familiar with the structure and organization of this app if you ever hope to use it in a real time situation.
CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT RESPOND. I sent an e-mail to these people and it's been over 5 days, and no response. I could not find a phone number either.
Considering this is a PET EMERGENCY app, don't they think customer service is important? I guess it's optional with these people.
Don't buy this app if you need quick answers, procedures or information during a pet emergency. Your pet's life might depend on it.
Wait for someone else with real life pet emergency experience to develop a better app!
Easy to use in an emergency
Last night I was over at a friends house and they have a Boxer who hadn't been acting himself that afternoon. After dinner he vomited and his owners noticed that his abdomen was enlarged and rigid. I opened this app and clicked on the stomach icon (Bloat & Torsion) and read through the symptoms. He fit them to the "T". They rushed him to the emergency vet clinic where he was diagnosed with Torsion and had surgery. Thanks to this app we were able to quickly identify the potential issue and respond accordingly. You helped save this Boxer's life!
Very helpful in an emergency
When I purchased the app I thought it would be mostly for records and the occasional question on how to help a furry friend in need. I didn't ever think I would really need it. But a few days ago I was out with family near a river when my brothers dog suddenly fell to the ground. She had been bit by a rattle snake. Thanks to this app we knew what to do and got her to the vet safely and saved her life. Without the app it could have been a very different story!
