Overall helpful, but has glitches

I have really appreciated having a meds list handy for myself and family. I love the reminders and alerts and being able to manage everyone's meds from one app. This also allows me to reorder meds wherever I happen to be - nice to not have to be at home with the bottle in hand or at the pharmacy.
However, it crashes on me maybe once every 7 to 9 times I am using it. Recently, a few of my prescriptions have just disappeared. They aren't in hidden meds or anywhere I can find them. Confusing, and I think I'll have to uninstall and reinstall to see if that fixes it. Maybe it should have a sync feature to sync up with store records?

Can't fill Rx


Crashes every time I try to fill a prescription. I submitted this review a long time ago. There have been no updates or responses, and there is no other way to provide feedback on this problem.

What's the point of having an app if the main function doesn't work? PLEASE FIX IT!!!

Would give zero stars if I could.

*Update since my review from November, 2016:

I contacted mobile support from their website who did respond. He told me they fixed the issue twice, but it still crashes when I try to refill Rx. Last email I received from him was 2 months ago saying he would have the team look into the problem. Still waiting for a fix. Here's an idea: update the app for compatibility with new operating systems.

It is now September 2017, and this issue STILL isn't resolved. Now there's a new guy I email once a month to be told they are still working on it. I mean, seriously? At this point, I should invoice them for my project management time, since they aren't even capable of answering an email in a timely fashion. Anyone think they'll fix it within a year of the first issue report? That will be here in 2 months. I'm not holding my breath...

looks old. is pretty clunky. doesn't connect w/ their site or their other rewards site - annoying.
it's pretty primitive, but worth toying with if you use Pharmaca. you can add family members to your account, they send you reminders and confirmations via text and/or email, give your (often incomplete) refill history, and most of the time the thing doesn't crash.
I've found when I send a refill request through to my dr. and they approve it as a "refill", just sitting there - potentially yours, but.... boom.
if your dr. just sends it through and has it filled, no biggie.
if you take sched2 or higher, you can't use the app.
