One of the only truly useful apps for weight training on the App Store. Most are crap. An amazing amount of information coupled with excellent programs that if you follow them and put in the effort you will progress. The only other app that I see as a competitor is Multi year weight training. Both have bits that the other doesn't and the two combined would give you an excellent long term training program. That being said this app gives you a massive amount value for the content vs cost of the app. BUY IT!!!
The only fitness app
This is my first review and quite possibly my last. I never write reviews for apps. Yet in the case of physique build, I feel that I owe to the creators of this app. This app is the ultimate companion for a beginner looking into getting into weightlifting or even just staying in shape. I have learned so much about my health from this app and have been fallowing the workout program for a while now. Get the lite version, then you'll find yourself spending the money on the full in no time. Cheers
Favorite App of mine
This app is amazing and provides countless information that is very accurate. It's a must need for anyone trying to achieve any sort of physique goal or is just looking for information on health and training. Share this app with all friends and family. Honestly the best app I've ever got! None of the others can compare in amount and accuracy of information. Only suggestion would be fixing the many grammatical errors.
