Hate the diamonds!
Ok, I've been playing this for over a month now and I've mostly lost interest. I have almost 1,000,000 points and there's nothing to do with them! I hate the diamonds. You need to change it so you can trade points for diamonds! It is boring to decorate the aquarium with the limited number of decorations available with points. It is also clumsy to arrange the decorations in the aquarium layout. We will never be able to make a pretty display like you have in the start-up because we can't fit that much in there, and they are spaced too far apart. There is also not much incentive to keep fishing, once you get some high point fish in your aquarium, what's the point of selling them to trade them for lower point plain fish? I have 4 aquariums going, but I've mostly lost interest because I am NOT going to spend money buying diamonds, so I'm pretty much out of options. Probably the only reason I even play this game at all is because I'm a marine biologist and scuba instructor and I like fish! But all in all, pretty lame. Also, it's a missed opportunity for learning. Rather than having "grilled fish" you could stick with real fish and find a way to give some background on the species. Reef fish have some of the most amazing life histories and bizarre rituals, and maybe you could get some people excited about ocean conservation by incorporating factoids.
Just my 2 cents...
I have been playing for about a month and truly enjoy collecting the fish and earning coins to decorate the 5 aquariums. Now the submarine is stuck in the middle and will not move at all. I hope Ludia, the developer, can fix the problem and I will not lose all the coins and rubies I have collected. If any one has experienced this, please post here on how to fix this problem, other than having to reload the app. More than likely if the app is reloaded, all the data will be gone!!!! Thanks for any help out there.
Problem corrected promptly. Thx. Still enjoy playing PF hours on end. Collecting rubies faster after using earned coins to buy 5 treasure chests to earn more rubies by upping the level . Glad that level was increased to 96 so I can continue to play. Enjoy playing, so I recommended for friends to play too!
Now that I have reached Level 70, and not getting any points anymore, are u going to update the app, so I can earn additional rubies and go up another level?. Is Level 70 the end of going any further? Pls advise!!!
This game is really fun....in theory. I played it with my kids and we had a lot of fun....until we started experiencing the game stalling, glitching, and turning off after a few minutes of play....SO frustrating!! Please fix this problem so that the game is enjoyable to play! And I agree with the other posts who wonder why can't rubies be purchased with coins as an option to having to purchase them? I do get that you want to make money from this app, but even if the coin cost was high, say 15,000 coins for five rubies, there would be some incentive to continuing to play and perhaps purchase the extra rubies package. Because it is virtually impossible to earn enough rubies to do the really cool fishing and aquarium decorating without buying lots of rubies, coupled with the annoying issue of the game turning itself off every few minutes, makes this an unenjoyable experience after what started out to be such a fun family game. If not for these reasons, I would have rated this game much higher. Please at least fix the glitching and consider the coins for rubies option in your next update!
