So many problems

I subscribe to the NY Times replica edition, for which PressReader is the default viewing app. Issues aren't available or disappear, customer support is nonexistent etc. This is a terrible app choice by the NY Times and is forcing me to cancel my subscription.
04-24-17 update- PressReader won't provide support no matter what I do and I am forced to cancel my NY Times subscription. App now continually tells me to "register" even though it shows me logged in and shows my name. Won't give me any NYT issues. I give up.

Be warned, this is a horrible, horrible impossible to use app.

NYTimes major problems

Version 5.1 fixed navigation at the bottom. But when an article is continued on another page voice reader and tapping on articles to read them only reads/shows what is on the first page, not the entire article.

With new update navigation at bottom usually does not have all sections, you can not tap on articles to read them, or if you can, you only get part of the article. All columns don't show if you're in reader view. The voice reader doesn't work for most articles. Please help!
