I've been using this for about 6 months now. It works great. During day when I'm working on my Mac and I see and email come in, if there is a number in the email, I just right click and select "dial number on iPhone" and it dials. I don't have to open the iPhone, search the email and then dial. Same goes for when I'm web surfing on the Mac - if there is a number on a site and I want to call it, I just right click and the iPhone dials. Only problem is when there is an OS X upgrade, I have to reinstall PushDialer on the Mac to work again.
Not worth it.
So I had to read one of the 1star reviews just to learn how to use the product. I mislead myself into thinking that the app would just recognize most numbers and if I clicked them give me the option to send them to pd. Not at all it involves highlighting the full number (which can be stubborn) and then right clicking and selecting an option at the bottom to "dial on iPhone."
If you are looking at this app b/c you make a lot of frequent calls and want to speed up/ simplify the dialing don't bother with this. The push notification took as long as it would take for me to dial.
It works! Sometimes...
I was pretty disappointed with this app. What the website does not tell you, is that you have to use your cursor on your mac to first highlight the number, then right click, then scroll down and click again on "Dial Number On iPhone".
Then, you need to wait for the phone to ask you if you'd like to dial the number, and that time ranges from seconds to minutes.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying this app. I can dial ten numbers manually in the time it takes to dial one using PushDialer.
