Great way to build strength, pretty much painlessly!
Thanks to this app, I am not only strengthening my arms, but I am also standing straighter and taller. I'm 64, with zero natural upper body strength. If it works for me, it can work for anyone!... Update: halfway through the 2nd level of push-ups, and I am amazed at the improvement in my fitness and my posture. Love this app! 2nd Update: started 3rd & final level a couple of weeks ago - amazed that I am doing proper, full/body push-ups at 65!! This app works miracles!

This is a great app. When I got the app this past January I was only able to do 3 full pushups. My goals was to get to 100 by the 50th birthday. I was able to accomplish it. By 50 pushups I could see a huge difference in my arms. All the definition I had lost had come back. I am the only woman in my Taekwondo class who can easily knock out 25 full push ups. The others can not do full push ups.
I got to this app because I liked the squat app and both 0 to 5k and 0 to 10k in all these apps is a plan that I can adapt to work for me. If I need to back off I just go back a couple of day's and continue to work forward.
For my personality it also keeps me from pushing to hard and not being able to any exercise for a week.
