RoboForm provides a powerful tools if you're willing to put in some effort.
One of the few apps that I've found myself choosing to have open anytime I'm logged in on any device.
One example of how RoboForm can be extremely helpful is for filling out online job applications. What a horrible drain on time and energy those have become! Once Roboform is configured with your info, it can take a lot of that misery out of your day. It then becomes possible to complete multiple applications in the time normally spent on just one. The same procedure could apply for credit or loan applications, school applications, applying for various permits, etc.
Having said that, I did find It that took more than a little effort to get the hang of it. I invested some trial and error in figuring out how it works, and how I could make it work for me.
Saving redundant login information for the same site can be frustrating, especially if there ends up being a conflict or some inaccuracy between logins.
So it takes a certain level of vigilance to make sure your data is sorted correctly. But for users willing to do that, Roboform can be an very powerful productivity tool. At the very least, it can relieve some of the headaches caused by manually loving in, managing passwords and repetitively filling out online forms.
I started using Roboform because my program and its developers were discontinuing it and I am glad they did. This app is far better, it was hard to initially setup but great once going. I have multiple computers and mobile devices and to be able to sync over all of them is nothing short of fantastic except for the recent iPad update that continually gives me a popup window saying "Could not connect to the server" and so far all support wants me to do is uninstall then reinstall and still I get the same error. That fortunately has been resolved with recent updates now we need to just STOP getting requests for reviews... Been here done this fart too many times.. please stop asking to review the app...
Browser issues within RoboForm
I've used RoboForm for many years and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone I can. That said, there is a BIG problem that needs attention: When I'm working in the browser within RoboForm(mine is set to Safari), I cannot get the keyboard to show-up when I need to input characters, letters, numbers, etc. The page changes into desktop mode and looks as if the keyboard should be there, but isn't. There is no work around and I am forced to leave RoboForm and use my regular browser. Highly annoying. Of note, the RoboForm browser is listed as Safari version 6 in the settings. The rest of the world he's moved on to Safari version 9.2. Just a suggestion, but you might want to start there.
