Works sometimes with apple watch

I am only able to get this app to work occasionally with the Apple Watch. There seems to be glitches where the app will just stop working and I lose my whole workout on my watch and in addition to that when tracking your workout on your phone it only occasionally will show your heart rate in the upper right hand corner. In addition if you sometimes start your workout on the Apple Watch and start the work out on your phone it will record your work out as a double workout but other times it will not and calculated correctly and shows your heart rate. I am very knowledgeable about Apple products and technical items in general and I have tried problem-solving and trying different things to get this app to work correctly for my workouts but have failed please help I’ve always been the biggest fan of Runkeeper but I’m not able to use the product properly. I am only going to give this a one star temporarily until we get this fixed.

Consistent tracking and user friendly. My got to.

I have been using this app for about two years. It’s always been consistently correct and easy to use. I love the fact that I can just press the button and begin my work out and with a sense of security, know that I can refer back to my map and make my way back to my start position without any hassle at all. I love being able to play my music and listen to Pandora when I will run or walk. And it never fails, I find something I want to take a picture of and being able to save the picture to a specific activity is a nice way to preserve the memories good job Runkeeper you’ll be my go to for my activity navigation and logging forever.

One of the few apps I’ve chosen to pay for

After using the free version for a long time I paid for a year of the upgrade and plan to renew. It’s easy to use and program for the feedback (and music) you want while running and does a great job tracking your historical progress (or lack thereof). You can also add detailed notes about each run or other activity. And add a photo to record how crappy you looked after setting each personal best.

The only flaw I’ve noticed is the sync function recently released by Fitbit and I suspect the problem is primarily with Fitbit. It’s a new function so maybe they’ll get the bugs out soon.
