Pyro is the perfect music player for parties, road trips and working out.
To get started, simply create a playlist from music in your device's Spotify, iTunes or iCloud Music library. Pyro will automatically mix between songs, bringing you a continuous flow of music.
When your playlist runs out of music, Pyro will automatically select and play the next song based on your recent plays. The party never ends!
A PERFECT MIX
There’s no silence between songs and no bad crossfades, because Pyro uses an advanced algorithm to perfectly align the beats of the current song with the next.
Drag the playlist down to reveal the “Mix-up” feature, which rearranges your playlist based on tempo for the smoothest mix.
SMART SEEK
Our smart seek feature lets you jump to anywhere in the song while staying in time, so you can jump to your favourite part without disrupting the music.

Needs transition controls
During some transitions, magic happens where the two songs sometimes create a mashup that sounds incredible. That said, currently the app does not let you control the rate of the transitions once they start. This would be a five star app if I could somehow control the transition, telling it to stop fading into the next song since the two songs are mixed into a blissful mashup I never knew I needed. Essentially, it's missing the ability to "pause" the transition/fade between the songs. I'd much rather have that as the pause button functionality than pausing the actual music. This app could essentially become a magical "mashup machine" app - is has that ability but lacks that functionality and more user input during the transition. Maybe include a "pro mode" toggle to enable this, devs?
Close to being 5 stars
Very nice app. Most of the mixes are awesome. Smooth song transitions, nicely matching bpm's.
But some of the mixes start 30-40 seconds into the next song. And other mixes end with an echo effect that I don't really care for.
They added an option to "Mix" or "Not" mix the songs. Not sure why they added this feature because it basically turns the app into an Apple Music player. I wish they would add an option to choose between "Random" mixes or "Only Cross-Fades". That would make me add a fifth star.
It's missing one thing...
Apple Music! Why is there an app here that won't let us play music with Apple Music? Since introduced my playlist has grown tremendously, but of course through "renting" music for $9.99 a month... If Apple has approved this app for download and knows people use Apple Music why aren't the two compatible? This app would be something I regularly use on my new iPhone 7 Plus with the stereo speakers, but until I can use it with Apple Music it is pointless. Great app! But missing one important thing... 😞
