Great way to establish healthy habits!
My friend got me on this app and I’m actually really surprised at how much I like it! Initially I was just checking it out and didn’t really think that I would use it much but it does a surprisingly good job at helping you make healthy changes.
The whole point is that you just focus on making one simple change at a time. That’s really nice because it’s never overwhelming. Even if you aren’t really making a huge effort to be healthier, the goals are so simple that you can do them without trying too hard. And eventually they become habits so you do them without even thinking about it. It’s really easy, which I like a lot.
The teaming up with friends thing is so helpful! It updates you when your friends are succeeding, which is a good way to stay motivated. It’s nice because it’s really low commitment and you don’t have to actively remember to encourage your friends, it just does it automatically for you.
Sensible and Effective Lifestyle app
I LOVE this app! I never rate apps but I really felt like I had to for this one. This app takes a SENSIBLE approach to making changes in your life. It doesn’t tell you to do dumb stuff like starve yourself. I’m sick of all the other stuff that says you have to change everything in your life and cut out all carbs or eat cardboard for 12 weeks.
This app is defferent bc It helped me realize how easy it is to be healthy if I just do it a little at a time. If you don’t have the time or energy to change your whole life overnight, then this app will help you a lot!!!!
This really works!
I hated this little notification not to eat sugar at lunch for the first week. I was failing miserably and the app kept telling me that most people succeed. But eventually the little reminders got to me enough that I look forward to being successful.
I would like it just a bit better if the daily notification changed daily.
