Sleep-hygiene helps you to maintain good sleeping habits and to manage your bedtimes. It uses longterm empirical data of your sleep to determine your best sleeping and wakeup times, your best sleeping duration, the influence of short naps on you and your overall discipline maintaining constant bedtimes. By monitoring all these factors you can effectively improve your sleeping quality and learn to feel fresh at the morning.
==============How it works ==========
You go to bed, you tap "Sleep". The program will suggest to you the best times to awake according to your personal circadian rhythm. Then turn the iPhone off and sleep. When you wake up, tap "Wake up" and give a feedback of how fresh you are feeling. This data will be saved and displayed in the "Review"-section. There you can also manually add and delete naps.
Scroll through your sleeping history and get new insights. Would you know how well and how long you slept on monday the last week?- Solely with Sleep-hygiene. In the "GetBetter" - section you'll find several statistics based on your sleeping data that will help you improve your sleeping quality. Look at your biorythm, the time of your light sleep phases. Look at your sleeping quality and your best sleeping durations. You'll also find the most important guidelines for a good sleep hygiene.

Good But Could Be Better ("Review" section crashes app every time it's opened on my 4S)
When I went to look up sleep hygiene apps, I was pretty shocked to find only this one; luckily, it has turned out to be pretty good. As a person with a sleeping disorder, it has been helpful for me to have an app that I can easily use to track my sleep *and* my naps. It's great that you can distill the information into graphs over various periods of time. However, it would be *really* helpful if these graphs could be formatted into a report that I could take with me to appointments (the iHeadache app has a great example of this).
Also, since getting the 4S and thus updating my OS, the Review part of the app crashes every time I try to open it, which rather impedes the purpose of the whole thing because I can't enter naps or make changes. I can still use the basic Sleep/Wake interface, and from what I can tell by looking at the info in the Get Better section, it's still tracking my sleep. I haven't tried uninstalling/reinstalling yet because I would rather not lose the data I've accumulated. Please, please fix this.

Needs just a little more
This is my favorite sleep app and it has nice statistics as well as graphs. Unfortunately if I want to see a graph of amount of sleep per night over a long period of time (6 months or so) I have to use other apps. Right now I'm using three different sleep apps and I just wish they could be rolled into one! It seems like it would be an easy fix to add a bar graph for total sleep per day over a long period of time...you could even use the color coding for how well you slept in that graph too! Otherwise this is a great app and well worth the three dollars.
I used it everyday and it's great, no other app like it. The only issue is that it seems to be deleting days randomly so we never get true stats. I look back and have many gaps and I try to manually add the day and a different one will disappear. It's annoying and inaccurate. But I do like the app. Updates could be done.
