Needs more work.

The idea is good, but the mechanics of the game are poor. The movement left to right of the fish is sporadic; a tap left or right will cause the fish to either shoot across the screen to the far side, or barely move at all. It does not appear to matter where you tap, it just seems random. To keep the fish from slipping into the spikes at the bottom of the screen you have to keep it moving, but in two jumps it is at the top of the screen and you can’t tell where the obstacles are going to be, so you end up crashing into a rock. Ads started popping up in the middle of a level, and it didn’t stop game play, so the fish died. Then it offered to let me use pearls or watch an ad to revive the fish.

Overall it’s a waste of space.

Developer Response

Dear player, We are sorry for any inconvenience. We will figure out a better way to handle ads in the next update.

Fix movement

Your game is a nice simple concept but the movement is its big detractor. When you click to go from left to right or right to left it doesn’t move you to the side, it actually moves you over in an upward diagonal. Because of this you have to ALWAYS be in the middle to move over or you will run out of room between sides and hit an obstacle. I would suggest having the creature move sideways so you can do quicker reactions to obstacles.
