This is a really good product

Good quality fitness for women with out any gimmicks, lies or shame. Very happy to have found this app after years of struggling with my disdain for how the 'health and fitness' industry pushes women to be frail, hungry, waifs. Feeling yourself get stronger and build endurance is bomb.

App frozen

I haven't been able to even use it because it's stuck on a quote and won't open... Extremely disappointed.
