We get tons of junk mail, but how about update warnings?! I use my square as a cash register, like it's supposed to be. It's very unprofessional to look at your customer and say, I don't know why it won't connect to the internet, or print a receipt or finish a transaction. We pay enough to get a 24 hour notice in an email warning. Or pick a scheduled day a week for uploads so we all know that Thursdays or Saturdays or what ever chosen day we need to come in before store hours and update so we don't look lost in front of customers!
We have used Square for the past year or so. It has been great. In the credit card processing world, it seams like each processor is out to lie, cheat, and steal your hard earned money. Not so with Square. They are upfront with their fees and they are truly flat rate fees. They don't play games. I intend to remain a loyal customer because of their integrity in how they have dealt with me, my employees, and my customers.
Why not add bill payment service!!
Every month it is very hard to keep track of all the deadline for bills! If you add the bill pay service then it would be more easier and fun to use square.
And if any square rep is reading this review then please add multiple ticket system at once and sync device orders on all the platform.
