One gripe: reserve clover beans missing

Love v4.0, the new 4.0 app has moved the free earned rewards to the pay screen. Click pay and there they are. And you can now apply the rewards and even promotion codes to online pickup orders. Finally, I'll never have to stand in the line again.

My only gripe is when new Clover reserve beans come in, it can take weeks before they are added to the online order. Same is true on reserve beans that run out. This probably is a store management issue rather than an app issue so I still give it 5 stars. It's mostly annoying when you order/pay for $6.50 Jam Blue or Hawaii and go there an they only have beans $3.50 beans. I'm less annoyed by that as I am not finding the beans in the online order clover section. There should be a protocol at the stores for when new beans come in that they are added to the online ordering.

New stars program is confusing and cheap

I order for Starbucks all the time. When the app was released it was co convenient and easy to understand. I knew that when I bought a drink, I got a star. Two drink two stars. Etc. I loved the bonus stars for select items that changed regularly. Every 12 stars I was eligible for a free drink. Great! Everything was going smoothly.

THEN Starbucks released their new version of the program trying to sell it by saying we're going to get more stars snd rewards. However you need like 200 stars to get a free drink. It's taking me almost 4-5x the amount of time to earn a free coffee. The program is confusing enough to try to make people think they're getting a deal when they're not. The whole deal now feels like a cheap scam.

Starbucks needs to go back to the way things were. If it's not broken, don't fix it. Clearly this old saying wasn't being followed. Very disappointed.

Mobile order/select store

Trying to do a mobile order so my boyfriend can pick up my order. The select store part of the app shows the United States and makes me pan in to show where I'm trying to locate a store. While panning in, I accidentally select a store and it won't let me click off the store to a different one so I'm stuck with a store forever away. It should be that I can search a store near me. I've tried the panning thing and it didn't show a store that had mobile order. I almost didn't go because I would have been late. Please fix this oversight. Also. The app is not very very very slow and it took about 5 minutes just to get to the select store part of the app. I've used it plenty before the update and I am really really not impressed. For such an expensive company, this app is super shoddy.
