Steve Cotter is the best


This is my favorite source of kettlebell exercise demonstrations. I've been using kettlebells for just four years, so I've had enough experience to know I can continually do these things without hurting myself, but I also like to learn new exercises and also keep my form in check by revisiting videos and tutorials such as these. I've found Steve Cotter to be the guy I keep coming back to for this stuff. I know people have their different preferences, so this is just subjective, but he's my guy.

Best app for Giravic


I love this app! It's by far the best and most complete app to date when it comes to anything for Kettlebell. Steve Cotter is a beast! The reason I didn't give it a fifth star is because I believe that it could be better. If, when in the workout section, you could touch the exercise and it opened a sub menu for you to log your weights, times and reps, then this would be PERFECT!

Worth the money


Great app. Invaluable reference for the proper way to do kettlebell exercises. I like the option for technique or video demo. However, the exercises need sorted by type or name because it takes too long to find one. Would also be great if we could save custom workouts.
