Difficulty with app
So I bought this bot at the start of this season and so far I’ve copped one item out of 4 tries. For some reason when I try to use the bot it gives me some type of white screen with random letters on it and I have no clue what it is. I don’t receive an email confirmation from Supreme or anything because the purchase doesn’t go through. Could this be because I am on school wifi? That was for last weeks drop^ For this week I was able to use cellular data and have good internet. When the bot tried to checkout on the small navy nike crewneck it switched to the burgendy crewneck in size medium which was good because I have “next size” and “next color” on but I brought me to the page where you put your payment info in and the bot wasn’t auto checking out even though I have it set to, so I started hitting the process payment to get the item but nothing was happening. If I could get answers for these two questions that would be great. I see everyone getting items even maybe two so I do have faith. For the next week I will have two phones on the same internet to test whether I could cop manually or with the bot to see if it is my internet or just the bot. Please respond :)
Ignore all the reviews that aren’t 5 Stars and don’t let the poor reviews be the reason you don’t download this app. The guys behind this bot are extremely helpful and responsive. If you have a question, reach out to them on Instagram and they’ll reply in a timely manner. Great customer service! The bot is very straight forward and the team is always working to improve it. Since my purchase, I had success with the Champion collab and The North Face collab. For a mobile app, this bot can do a lot. It has a restock monitor where you can choose which items you’d like notifications on for a potential restock, and one of my favorite features is the “next available size” and “next available color” options. If a particular item you go for sells out, the bot will either buy the next size available or color. Even though you didnt get the color or size you want, at least you didn’t take an L.
Better than majority of bots and very communicative developer
I bought this during the fall/winter 2018 season. Bot works just as well as any other I’ve seen, any problems with not getting items is just supreme’s terrible website servers or their active attempts to mess with bots (that therefore affect all of them equally for the most part). The soon-to-come task system seems very promising and I have confidence it will turn out well judging by how well the app has been made thus far. It’s very simple and easy to use.
I previously had “Heated Sneaks,” and that not didn’t work well, was far more expensive upfront, and had a seasonal renewal fee of $10. That’s the way most other bots are as well. I think this bit is very fairly priced considering how great it is, hopefully the developer doesn’t get tired of dealing with supreme’s bs anytime soon, because I plan to use it for a long time!
Additionally, the developer posts just the right amount of updates on the Instagram account to let everyone know what’s going on with new features or tips for drops.
Overall, a very great app. I don’t write reviews really at all, but this app I felt deserved one.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
