Only one Character
Good Idea. It's a little hard to understand at first. It would be a great app if it could handle multiple characters. I DM allot and need to have several characters with me. Having them on the iPod Touch would be a life saver. It's really a life saver if you forget your character sheet. I'd like to see it store multiple characters and possibly use some of the characters sheets for D&D 3.5, just allow us to edit the cells. i don't plan on using D&D 4.0 but The same would apply. Overall not a bad little app, it lets you take your alter ego with you everywhere and that can be a lifesaver if there are XP to be had.
Not bad, but...
Overall, this is an okay app. I am not a fan of the interface - it took me 20 minutes to figure out how to get my updates on the main page as the spot to hit was too small. I'm still not sure what some of the fields are for, better explanations or a help page would be nice. It can't hold all my spells at 8th level and is confusing what to enter in the spell fields. There are not enough skill slots either.
This a great app for when I don't have my character sheets and my friends hold a surprise campagn. I have several characters but my main is on here. We made up our own system but this gets the jon done. I would just like to see more armor slots, like say seven or so. We use helm, chest, pauldrons, grieves, gauntlets etc. Also the ability to add more characters.
