I love working out but I get bored doing the same workouts. I also love crossfit but it got very expensive. With Keelo, I get a variety of crossfit-LIKE workouts based on my skill level. I have been using Keelo for about 5 months and it has been AMAZING! Anytime that I have emailed about an issue with the app, I have gotten an email response quickly and the problem was fixed almost immediately. I highly recommend this app!
Calorie Estimates are Definitely Off
Considering the fact that you don't need (and can't if you wanted to) to input height, weight, or age, the calorie estimates are definitely off. An overweight person would burn calories faster than a normal weight person, but according to this app, everyone burns the same amount of calories. Other than that, this app is pretty good. I'll rate three stars considering the fact that this is one of the major reasons that many people exercise.
