The first and the best! Released in July 2008, TRISM was the first ever Match-3 game to innovate using the iPhone's tilting feature. One of the most popular launch titles on the AppStore, TRISM has inspired countless others. In the spirit of smash hits like Tetris and Bejeweled, discover the next step in casual games: TRISM.
TRISM may be the most widely known success story in the AppStore! Created by indie developer Steve Demeter in a few short months, the phenomenal success of TRISM allowed Steve to quit his day job and pursue game developing fulltime. Steve's story has been told on Good Morning America, CNN, and MSNBC, and has inspired developers all over the world. Apple has filmed a documentary on Steve and TRISM, and is available at www.apple.com at the start of the iPhone OS 3.0 keynote presentation!

Excellent Craftmanship, Try "Syllogism"
The detail in the graphics and animations are just right with this game for the iPhone's screen size and the graphic style found through the rest of the phone. The tutorials are very helpful for getting the hang of things, and learning the special elements of the fame quickly. While the main game is straightforward and good, I actually prefer the game "Syllogism" because it is more puzzle-like, trying to tilt the pieces into place in so many moves. It uses a golf metaphor of "par" to keep score on each level, and you can revisit levels to improve upon your score over or under par (though I have yet to solve any level under par). I have no idea how many levels there are of that game, but I do plan to tackle them all as they are revealed. There are 17 and counting thus far. The high scores and score sharing is well done too, keeping track locally and submitting to the online high scores when you opt in. Someone put a lot if thought and care into this game, and it shows. A great value too compared to some more expensive but less refined games for the iPhone. I can't believe this game isn't in the top 100 in the app store. How are people supposed to find it? They don't know what they're missing!
Addictive game but room for minor improvements.
This game is addictive and will have you hooked for months on end... Even after not playing it for a while, one game and I'm addicted all over again.
My only complaints: (1) needs updated multitasking... It's quicker to load than many other nonmultitasking games, but every time I get a text while playing, I hate that after I respond to it that I have to confirm each and every time that I do in fact want to resume the Trisim game I'm currently playing. (2) I wish they'd update so the game volume would be separate from the ringer volume. The game is very loud, so I have to turn the ringer way down to play. I often forget to turn the ringer up and then miss calls and texts 'cause I can't hear them.
Minor issues, but these fixes would make the game 5 star for me. If you can stand these little annoyances, the game is really fantastic and worth the price :)
I am addicted to this game!
It's true: I am addicted to this game. I love the bright colors - and I especially love when the game seems to play automatically, and I score millions - sometimes billions - of points. I also love when I surround a triangle with rainbow trisms and the screen turns one color - and I score alot of points. I have played almost no other games for almost half a year. I play it during my bus commutes and several other passengers have inquired about it because it is colorful and fun. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
