TV Forecast ~ Your Personal TV Guide
By Big Bucket Software
Open iTunes to buy and download apps.
You know what you want to watch, you just need to know when you can watch it. A conventional TV guide can tell you what's on TV right now. TV Forecast will tell you when your favorite TV shows will be on. With TV Forecast, you'll never miss a new episode.
New for iOS 5: Your forecast in the cloud! With iCloud, your forecast is wirelessly pushed to all of your devices. Also integrates with TV Forecast HD.
• Detailed previous and upcoming episode information.
• Local notifications to remind you when a TV show is about to air.
• Full episode listing.
• Optionally corrects the air time of any show to your time zone.
• Count the seconds to your favorite show: rotate to landscape to reveal an episode countdown.
• Email an episode reminder to yourself or to a friend.
• Section headings to easily identify when a TV show will next air.

If only I could add tv shows that have ended
It's a great app. Love the fact that it supports iCloud sync. The only thing keeping me from giving it a 5 star rating is the fact that it does not allow you to add TV shows that have already ended. I realize this app's name is TV FORECAST, but it would be awesome to be able to add shows that have ended so I could make myself a database of all the shows I watched, which would come in very handy if I want to watch them again at some later time.
Good execution, great UI, a little unreliable
A few times the app has failed to notify me of an upcoming show, sometimes it takes forever to update when launched, and once in a while it lags behind on schedule updates (I knew when "Doctor Who" was resuming several weeks before the app did). But I still prefer this app over anything similar I've tried (and there were quite a few I tried).
I love this app and it lists most of the shows I want to bookmark. But with all the great reminders, WHY can you not mention the Network it's on? Please add this. I see it's in but don't know where to find it, especially when I travel.
And sometimes shows like Downton/Masterpiece or others are Not listed as in even though they are currently showing. Huh?
Still is useful for upcoming shows, how many days, etc.
