The UPS Mobile app helps you easily manage your shipments while on the go. You can track and nickname shipments, create shipping labels, find UPS service locations, and estimate shipment costs and delivery times.
Without logging in, you can:

· Get a quote on shipment costs and transit times
Need to reroute or reschedule a home delivery? No problem! For UPS My Choice members, this app gives you the flexibility to get delivery alerts, redirect packages, or authorize shipment release so that your driver can leave packages when you won't be home to sign in person. Incoming deliveries are automatically added to your app’s Delivery Planner list which means you don’t have to type in tracking numbers.

Works great for me and always has
I have used this app since it was first announced by UPS. Love it. It has always worked well and keeps getting better. Especially love that I can see unexpected packages, not just my own orders! The other day I used for the first time the reschedule option to have a package requiring a signature that missed me at home to be redirected to my local UPS Store, where pick up was convenient and easy. Because of that, I finally decided to write a review. Imagine my surprise when I came to the App Store to write it up and discovered the low stars and poor reviews! I'd never looked it up so didn't know. All I can say is I have had it since UPS released it (got it upon their announcement), have gone through all the updates, and migrated it from iPhone 4 to 6. It has uniformly worked flawlessly for me. Can't figure out why anyone else has a problem with logging in and using it.
Pity those that move addresses...
This app was fantastic... Right up until we moved. I've tried everything in the app that I can to change addresses: change member info, enroll new address, etc. I get errors that make no sense to me and that I have no way of fixing. Meanwhile, the UPS website had no trouble letting me change my address. What good is an app that only tracks packages to your old address? (Hint: no. No good at all.)

Your app is not user friendly
The app opens to the page "delivery planner" but once you select something from the menu there is no option to go back to delivery planner
When you select my ups choice it goes into eternal loading if you don't have strong signal it goes forever with no way to get back to home screen
