I miss the multiple check deposit

I think the Product team messed up with the recent flow change for depositing multiple checks. Before, it was much easier - scan several checks, choose the account and then do the deposit. I wish this feature would come back rather than making me scan, choose account, deposit, scan choose account, deposit. Scan, scan, scan, choose account, deposit is fewer steps for the user. IOS 11 Issues

App login/connectivity issues on LTE with iPhone 8 Plus on iOS 11. Website Tech Support’s only suggestion is to uninstall/reinstall. This does not fix the issue. Website Tech Support’s next suggestion is to contact Apple and/or Verizon to have them look into the issue. I have scores of apps on my phone. None of them have any issues when connected to LTE. Wouldn’t logic dictate that, if this were an Apple or Verizon issue, I’d have this problem with one or more of my other apps? I hope USAA can fix this issue soon.


I'm not sure why they decided to change the send money feature and use a third party instead of what they had. Used to be you could send money to any USAA member with just their number, but now both parties need to enroll with a new service before sending or receiving. To top it off, the funds used to be in your account instantly, whereas now there is an indefinite wait time from when Zelle says it's been deposited to when the funds actually hit your account.

Why fix something if it isn't broken?
