Turn your iPhone into a high quality wireless webcam with microphone. Connect it to a Mac or PC using WiFi connection, and share bright moments of your life that cannot be caught with a built-in webcam or USB camera! Now with sound support on Mac OS and Windows, and flashlight!
"I found WebCamera to be a useful app and plan to use it a lot in the future as a second camera for TUAW TV Live."
Important Note for Mac OS users: This version doesn’t work with Skype on Mac OS. Skype compatibility will be fixed in the next update.
Mobiola WebCamera is a great way to share what cannot be recorded with a built-in laptop camera, as it is wireless and can be easily moved around. Imagine talking to your mother on Skype and showing her her grandson taking his first steps. Or sitting within WiFi hotspot near the Eiffel Tower, and sharing this moment with your friend while giving him a virtual tour of this famous landmark. With WebCamera, anything can be shared wirelessly in a simple and fun way.
WebCamera works with various messaging applications, just like a regular USB webcam. It also works with video production software such as Boinx TV, CamTwist, and Camtasia.
WebCamera captures video in three different resolutions: 192x144, 480x360, 1280x720, and 1920х1080 on new iPhones. You may capture either individual frames or the whole video stream.
With the free WebCamera desktop application installed on a computer, WebCamera is plug-and-play ready.

iOS 5.1 or later
Windows XP 32bit, Vista/Windows 7 32/64bit
Intel-based Mac, Mac OS X 10.6 and higher
WiFi connection is required to connect the WebCamera app to the desktop computer; iPhone and computer should be in the same network.
What's New in Version 2.8.1
I was wrong.
Picture is green and there are no settings to change resolution. Using USB connection - computer does not have wireless. Is that the issue with quality? Direct connection should be better, I would think. Revision: it was horrible the first day- I sent a note to support. They never responded by email, but the program updated and it works perfectly now.
Using my iPhone 6+ as a web camera in obs to stream to twitch. No lag, looks great, and I can mute it. Shows up in every program I use as a webcam just like a normal webcam. (Tested with xsplit, obs, and ffsplit).
Does not work with Flash or Any App I ‘ve Trued
The iPhone App easily connected to the desktop application and works fine. However, the program on the laptop does not interface with Flash and present the iPhone as a possible camera. The internal camera in the laptop works fine. Therefore, I believe it is the desktop program.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOES NOT RESPOND.
