Now this is a good one

A genuinely good wikipedia app is hard to come by, and if you find a good one there's no guarantee it will still be good a year late. Articles was great years ago but is apparently not being supported anymore. Wikipanion did the job for a while but has always been lacking features. I was using Wikilinks but could never really get over the poor design of the interface. Wikiwand has a dumb name but so far I'm really enjoying it. It has a fun and colorful interface in a crowd of fairly dull, utilitarian apps. And it's got the features I like. Will I still be using it a year from now? That depends on if these guys are going to keep up the development on it, but I have high hopes this will be the go-to wikipedia app for a good while.

A T-riffic Wikipedia app (seriously!)

1St, let me say upfront; I'm no 'shill' for this, or ANY (of the few) app(s) which I throw my 2 cents in.

I only comment if it's terrific, promising, or (a) terrible (rip-off).

I'm happy 2 say Wikiwand is the 1st type- terrific.

I first came acquainted w/ Wikiwand on my laptop, when I got this extension for one of my browsers (Iridium, a Chrome fork).

I really liked how it presented the material in a simple, yet elegant way - ease of readability was too-notch, as were the short little quick-bits (i.e. facts, etc., at a glance).

I was very pleased to find Wikiwand here in the App(le) Store.

I think the things I found so great 'bout Wikiwand on a big 15" screen are actually BETTER on my 6's phone screen; ease of use, quick info-bits at-a-glance a they're all here, and help make reading/using Wikiwand that much better in such better in a small phone-sized screen.

I'm a Wikipedia-holic - I love reading, I love reading encyclopedia-type information, reference books, so, having Wikipedia & having it w/ such ease-of-use and looking 'b-too-ti-full' on my phone makes it a terrific resource.

Absolutely Amazing

I've been looking for a good Wikipedia reader for quite a while. I've used the Wikiwand browser extension for a few months, and was very excited when I saw there was a iOS app. It's sleek, it's smooth, and it's functional. The devs listen and respond to feedback. Highly recommended.
